How do I access app?

I’ve just got an email saying if I sign up I can try the app. I’ve joined but never receive any info about the app! How do I get it???

I seem to have the similar situation. Update your question and include what type of phone you have.

I believe the CA team needs to know - mine would be android.

Hey guys! Yup, just message us with your phone type and we will set you up. We are only slowly letting all the customers in as its still in beta, but if you send the email we will send you instructions with access in 48h! :)

i have emailed several times requesting  the app down load for my iPhone  i have not got an answer email nothing
