im seeing lots of people have asked the same question as i have months to 2 years ago! no app available speed of the page loading is still incredibly slow

im a little concerned that i have paid for this subscription (lifetime subscription ) asked a few times for the app download and getting no reply! this is highly unprofessional . i saw similar request 2 years ago but it seems the problem still exists.
