Differents exercises and sets

I would like to know if you will add other exercises such as bridges ?

And also will you allow us to choose different kind of workout ? For exemple periodization with different sets e.g. pyramidal; max reps etc because personally I think boring to do the same sets. Split routines (push/pull) or (front/back), skills routine.

Yes. We have more customization and variation planned for future releases. We wanted to get the basic workout released so you can start using it, then add more features to the system. This is just the beginning.

Its been 4 months. Any news? As of now I'm not excited about doing the same low rep mastery level exercise every time.

All the changes to programming are coming in the next release around first quarter of 2017.


Are you moving up in the progressions though?

Starting the next exercise with the low rep volume is there for a reason - we call it transitioning. If you are moving to a new exercise - the first few reps will be low but the mastery from the previous exercise is kept so you both work on volume for strength but also you gets in a few reps at the low volume (harder exercise) to build more muscle mass.

Unless you reach 1/3 of required reps for the new exercise the mastery from the previous one is kept.

Did you get our email with an update on development? As per email - as we are working on a completely new release - with a mobile app, new progressions, redesign etc we decided to not to add any more features to this version and fully focus on releasing the new one as soon as possible. Saying that it will still take some time.


We could provide resources on periodisation and programming if that would be helpful.

Hei, I'm interested to know if the new release will solve the issue of adjusting the reps so that they are more balanced with what we can actually do, it's like all or nothing now and doesn't reflect properly our progress. I just took the assessment and the next planned workout is too easy... I will, of course, push myself to what I can do, and log on my own app, but hopefully this is a feature that's coming soon :)

Is it or are you planning to provide set workouts for different muscle groups and goals? For example to have a workout for Abs and then maybe one for back and biceps etc . . . So that we can schedule in the set workouts m in our schedule I.e Monday-back and biceps, Tuesday-Abs etc . . .

Hey Doron, what we are planning is workout generation tool. So still generate personalized workouts but based on muscle group, joints, or part of the body like upper or lower

when do you think this option may become available?

Hey Doron, We are just moving the team in house so have a little bit of a delay on the dev side. But we will be looking at getting it out before the end of the year
